moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-406
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
OMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
UTILITIES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the addition of a mobile
field office complete with electric and telephone connections to the utilities
contract of the Community Playfield Improvements;
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Utilities Contract, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Utilities Contract, by adding
$2,050.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $87,936.00 is revised
to $89,986.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
founcilmember Hoytand upon vote being taken thereon, the
