Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Davenport and Neils
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-405
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
GRADING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the addition of project
signs to the grading contract of the Community Playfield Improvements;
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Grading Contract, is recom-
mended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Grading Contract, by adding
$948.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $129,999.00 is revised
to $130,947.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
