Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Davenport and Neils
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-404
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 801
VICKSBURG LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Crushed rock for driveways.
2. Extension of 24" culvert.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 801 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 801 by adding $3,644.30 is approved
and that the existing contract price of $640,515.15 is revised to $644,159.45.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

guncilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
