Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetina of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June , 1980. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt an -d --Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-403
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 916, 943 AND 013
SHEDD BROWN/HONEYWELL/SCHIEBE AND FABER ADDITION UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the following
improvements:
1. Utilities and gravel street base for Shedd Brown/Honeywell/Schiebe Area
(Project 916 and 943).
2. Utilities and gravel street base for Faber Place Addition (Project 013);
AND, WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that A. C. G. Mechanical, Inc. is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with A. C. G. Mechanical, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota in the
name of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of the utilities and gravel
street base in the amount of $223,693.20.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by signed.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
