Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of June 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunte councilmembers Ho t and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Davenport and Schneider
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-402
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 904, 004 AND 007
49TH AVE., 51ST AVE. AND 10TH AVE. STREET AND UTILITIES IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the following
improvements:
I. 49th Ave. street, utilities and pond (Project 904).
2. 51st Ave. utilities and gravel street base (Project 004).
3. 10th Ave. utilities and gravel street base (Project 007).
AND, WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears
that Nodland
Associates, Inc. is the lowest
responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Nodland Associates, Inc. of Alexandria, Minnesota in
.the name of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of Projects 904, 004 and
007 in the amount of $523,354.35.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
