Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on tTie
16th day of dune , 19_K_. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-393
APPROVING RENEWALS OF SET UP LICENSES
1980-81
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Set Up Licenses have been received from
the following listed applicants for consideration of approval by the Plymouth
City Council, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 5, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Set Up Licenses be renewed for the following listed parties for a
period to expire June 30, 1981:

,Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
