CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June 19_8D. The following members were
present: Mayor Hudt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-389
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1980 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated June 2, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc. has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $149,795.68 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1980 Street
Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_ Councileember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
