Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-388
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 9, dated June 6, 1980, for Progressive Contractors,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY? -WH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 9 in the amount of $88,159.18 to Progressive Contractors for Project
853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davvenport,
�Hoyt, Neils and Schneider _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
