Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Ma nesota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 80-384
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated June 2, 1980, for Jerome Begin Contracting
Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 2 in the amount of $71,290.98 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 802.
