Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 382
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated June 2, 1980, for Progressive Contractors,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 8 in the amount of $125,348.16 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor the -re -U: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
