Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June , 19 80. The following members were

movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-381
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Installation of split rail fence,
2. Construction of wood retaining walls,
3. Delete excavation and sod,
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 3 for Project 806 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 806 by adding $24,394.50 is approved
and that the existing contract price of $1,001,168.84 is revised to $1,025,563.34.
