Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers Daven rt, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-379
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT NO. 925 - CRITERION M.P.U.D. UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on May 19, 1980,
the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., has
prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Annapolis Lane in the
Criterion M.P.U.D. by construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer,
aggregate base and all necessary appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifi-
cations. The advertisement shall be published for three days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received
by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 1980, at which
time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the
Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the
City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CeuncilMembqri1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol lowing voted in ravor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt. Neils and Schneider
