Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June , 1980 . The following members were
present: Councilmembers Davenport, Ho t, Nems and Schneider
The following mem ers were absent: mayor Hunt
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-378
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING MISSION PONDS 2ND ADDN
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 7, 1980, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
Mission Ponds 2nd Addn. by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council on June 16, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted January 7, 1980. The petitioners have waived their rights to
a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve-
ment. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
