Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aat meeting of

the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minna was held on the
16th day of June , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Daven ort, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 376
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED CONCEPT PLANS FOR OAKWOOD, FERNBROOK
LA COMPTE AND PLYMOUTH JUNIOR HIGH COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, Bather, Ringrose, Wolfsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc., park consultants
for construction of six community playfields, has presented revised concept plans
for Oakwood, Fernbrook, La Compte and Plymouth Junior High community playfields.
WHEREAS, the revisions in these plans have been achieved following review and
comment by Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, City staff, school district
and athletic association representatives; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the concepts and found them substantially
in conformance with city requirements.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does approve the concept plans for Fernbrook, La Compte
and Plymouth Junior High community playfields as submitted, together with a
staff memorandum dated March 21, 1980, and the playfield plan for Oakwood dated
June 13, 1980, and further directs that Bather, Ringrose, Wolfsfeld, Jarvis,
Gardner, Inc. proceed in the preparation of more detailed playfield specifications
eventually resulting in final plans and specirfications for bidding purposes.
Councilmember Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt. Neils and
Schneider •

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed a
