HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-375CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of June , 19 80. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hot Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 375 PROJECT 506 PINETREE POND IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, the City has levied assessments for Project 506, Pinetree Pond Improvement; and WHEREAS, the following property owners have filed appeals on these assessments: 44205 - 2850 43731 - 1410 43731 - 1431 43731 - 1435 44610 - 3200 44610 - 6000 44610 - 7500 44205 - 3150 43730 - 6040 43731 - 6040 AND, WHEREAS, it is recommended that a proposed agreement to settle the appeals be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City accept a reduction in the proposed assessment rate to $53.00 per acre for the above referenced properties. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that after the necessary written dismissals from the property owners are received by the City Attorney that an amended assessment roll be prepared for adoption by the City Council.
