Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was—held F—the
16th day of June 19 80. The following members were
present: �, Councilmembers Daven Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,

.ncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 80-374
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR
DELMER WEAVER (A-457)
WHEREAS, Delmer Weaver, 17610 19th'Avenue North, has requested a consolidation
of existing platted parcels at the northwest corner of 19th Avenue North and
State Highway 101 within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution No. 78-328 approving lot consolidation/division
involving this property and adjacent property to the north, was not filed with
Hennepin County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation
of platted land, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon city policy when the consolidation is
approved by Hennepin County:
The following parcels are to be consolidated into a single tax parcel:
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1221 (PIN 30-118-22-14-0006)
That part of the southeasterly 172 feet of Outlot B lying south-
westerly of the northeasterly 27 feet thereof, Snyder's Pine Ridge
(PIN 30-118-22-14-0024)
FURTHER, that Resolution 78-328 is hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C2yncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereo , the
0 lowing votedn aver ereo yor Hunt, Councilmem�bers Davenport",
Ho t, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against orabstained.-
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
