Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
2nd day of June , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmemberi Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were ab sent: None
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-371
POLICY REGARDING UNDERTAKING OF PETITIONED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 16, 1975, by Resolution 75-316, adopted a policy
regarding undertaking of petitioned capital improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that certain changes be made with respect
to the previous policy; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated May 30, 1980, has recommended
modifications of said policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
the revised policy regarding undertaking of petitioned capital improvements as
contained in the City Manager's memorandum of May 30, 1980, being the same, is
hereby adopted.

Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
