Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota as held on the
2nd day of June , 1980. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers avenpo , Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-370
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 951
1979 SANITARY SEWER TV WORK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated May 27, 1980, for PSG/American Consulting
Services, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No..2 in the amount of $4,894.02 to PSG/American Consulting Services for
Project 951.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly possia and adopted.
