Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth.iN�nnesota was eldon `the
2nd day of June , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Counci members avenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The foliowing members were absent: —` Rone
Councilmem4r Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-364
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR MAPLE GROVE
PARTNERS (80015)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Maple Grove Partners,
Resolution No. 80-363;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division and issuance of permits:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Conveyance of required easements as determined by the City Engineer.
3. Driveway access for site plan to Parcel A (north parcel) shall be
internal from private drive or 62nd Avenue.
