The following members were present: yor Hunt, ounce mem ersavenpori•; Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: one Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-359 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CARI.SON PROPERTIES, INC. FOR CARLSON COMPANIES 3RD ADDITION LOCATED EAST OF I-494, WEST OF XENIUM LANE, AND SOUTH OF 13TH AVENUE NORTH AND THE CHICAGO NORTHWESTERN RAILROAD TRACKS (A-215) WHEREAS, Carlson Companies, Inc. has requested approval of a preliminary plat for one lot located east of I-494, west of Xenium Lane and south of 13th Avenue North and the Chicago Northwestern Railroad tracks; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this request following a duly called public hearing and has recommended approval: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary plat for Carlson Companies, Inc. for Carlson Center 3rd Addition for one lot located east of I-494, west of Xenium Lane and south of 13th Avenue North and the Chicago Northwestern Railroad tracks subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with all applicable oridnances, regulations and provisions of the City Code. 3. All dead and diseased trees shall be removed from the site at the sole expense of the developer. 4. Accessibility to the property shall be gained from Berkshire Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the toillowing votes to favor tnereof: Mayor Hunj, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt. Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: one . Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
