Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
PROJECT 017
LA COMPTE, OAKW'OOD, FERNBROOK AND PLYMOUTH COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the
La Compte, Oakwood, Fernbrook and Plymouth Comuunity Playfields; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids as shown on the attached Exhibit "B" were received complying
with the advertisement;
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that the following are the lowest responsible bidders:
Oakwood Hoffman Electric $215,295.00
Fernbrook Electric Repair and Construction $224,150.00
Plymouth Jr High Hoffman Electric $299,434.00
La Compte Gopher Electric $ 20,105.10
TOTAL $758,984.10
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with the following in the name of the City
of Plymouth for the electrical construction at the La Compte, Oakwood,
Fernbrook and Plymouth Community Playfields:
Oakwood Hoffman Electric . $215,295.00
Fernbrook Electric Repair and Construction $224,150.00
Plymouth Jr High Hoffman Electric $299,434.00
La Compte Gopher Electric $ 20,105.10
$758,984.10

2. Me City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall
be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution ams duly seconded
