CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of June , lg 80 . The following members were
present: favor Hunt. Coup ilmembers_DavenDort,HHoyt, Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-357
RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS
PROJECT 017
LA COMPTE, OAKWOOD, FERNBROOK AND PLYMOUTH COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of park
shelters at La Compte, Oakwood, Fernbrook and Plymouth CommIImmmity Playfields;
and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" were received complying
with the advertisement;
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that all of the bids received were far above the
project budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1• That all bids for the community playfield park shelters (as
attached) shall be rejected, and staff shall be authorized to
re -advertise these buildings.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids.
