Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesoia was held on - e
27th day of M , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councimembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-355
SETTING CITY MANAGER'S COMPENSATION FOR 1980
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's present compensation
and performance, and as a result of that review, believes that an adjustment
in his compensation is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager's compensation be set at $49,456
for one year effective May 1, 1980.
Mayor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favorthereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and
Schneider
The following vot against or abstained: one ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared„duly passed and adopted.
