Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
27th day of May 198o . The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-354
APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE FOR 1980
WHEREAS, George Leslie Danielson has submitted an application for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License for the door-to-door sale of
Benada Aluminum storm doors and windows, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of George Leslie Danielson for
Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License be approved for a
period to expire December 31, 1980.
