Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,iM n esota was held 36—n-tTie

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION 80-353
RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A REVISED AGREEMENT FOR THE NORTH SUBURBAN
MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Andover has requested to become part of the North
Suburban Mutual Aid Association presently consisting of 16 Hennepin and
Anoka county municipalities; and
WHER€AS, the City of Plymouth is a signator to the original agreement; and
WHEREAS, by the provisions of the Mutual Aid Agreement the addition or
deletion of a member requires the amendment and reexecution of the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City Manager
to execute the revised agreement for mutual aid services amending the agreement
solely and exclusively by adding the City of Andover in Anoka County to the
membership of the Association.
