the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon tFie

present: Mayor Hunt, Counci.lmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO, 80-343
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-650
APPROVING GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR 1979
WHEREAS, the City Council on October 3, 1978 adopted Resolution No. 78-650
adopting the 1979 General Fund Budget; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the General Fund Budget, as approved in the resolution,
included only the general purpose ad valorem levy, as compared with the actual
$3,328,541 budget as actually approved; and
WHEREAS, the City auditors have noted this error and have recommended that the
resolution approving the budget be amended to reflect the actual amount of the
approved budget.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 78-650, be and the same is hereby corrected to
reflect an approved General Fund Budget in the amount of $3,328,541.00.
10 Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmemhers Hoyt and Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
