Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 341
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR F. C. HAYER COMPANY (A-801)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the F. C. Hayer Company located northwest of
Berkshire Lane and County Road 15 was approved under City Council Resolution
No. 78-173; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $108,000, reduced to $50,000 on December
4, 1978, based on work completed; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had
been accomplished, City Staff inspected said site and rec:ow wWs release of
the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the
site performance bond 0400 FB 6885 in the amount of $50,000 which was submitted
by Rauenhorst Corporation to guarantee site improvements for the F. C. Hayer
Company at Berkshire Lane and County Road 15.
