Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May , 1980 . The following members were

moved itsts—adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-340
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE - 23RD, 26TH, 13TH AVENUES
PROJECT 702, 905, 909, 924
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated May 9, 1980, for C. S. McCrossan,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $6,317.50 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for Project
702, 905, 909, 924.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmgmber Hoyt and upon vote beingtaken thereon the
