Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-339
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated May 5, 1980, for Progressive Contractors,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $75,168.25 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
