Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on the
Ith day of May 1980 . The follgwing members were

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-338
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PROJECT 902
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated May 12, 1980, for Northdale Construction
Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Oayment No. 5 in the amount of $82,876.43 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project 902.
