Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Co ncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-337
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
SHILOH AND GLEANLOCH PARKS
PROJECT NO. 930/931
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated April 30, 1980, for London Construction
Company, has been prepared by David A. Kirscht Associates, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $15,695.77 to London Construction Company for
Project 930/931.
