Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was a on the

RESOLUTION NO. 80-336
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 8, dated May 13, 1980, for Proaressive Contractors,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 8 in the amount of $13,169.92 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
