Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-334
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 702, 905 AND 909
FERNBROOK LANE, 23RD AVE. AND 26TH AVE. IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing.for the following changes
to Fernbrook Lane, 23rd Ave. and 26th Ave. Improvements:
1. Remove the existing median on 26th Ave. from Xenium Lane to Yucca
Lane (Project 909);
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for Project 702, 905 and 909 is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for Project 702, 905 and 909 adding $3,876.50
10 is approved and the previous contract price of $1,047,203.75 is revised to
$1,051,080.25.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote beinq taken thereone

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
