the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May '19 80. The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Counci members Royt,—geils and Schneider
The following members were absent: ounci mem er Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-333
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 807, 853, 911
CONTRACT III, DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 has been prepared adding 6" perforated pipe for subgrade
drainage on Vickburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 7 for Project 807, 853 and 911 is recommended for
approval;
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 7 for Project 807, 853, 911 (Utility Improvement)
by adding $4,400.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $1,239,111.90
is revised to $1,243,511.90.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being to en ter ons fte
following votedn favor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Counc l member yf, e s
and Schneider
The following vote against or abstainea: None
(thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
