Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May 19 80. The following members were

Co ncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-332
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT 908
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Medina Road Area Street Improvements (Project 908):
1. Add 6" P.V.C. plastic pipe drain tile with filter rock.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 908 (street improvements) is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 908 (street improvements) adding
$12,348.00 is approved and the previous contract price of $165,025.00 is revised
to $177,373.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co�ouncilmember Ho t , and upon vote beingg taken thereon tthhe
