RESOLUTION NO. 80-331
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT 902
NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR SEWER
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Northwest Interceptor Sewer Improvement (Project 902):
1. Change alignment east of Vicksburg Lane to avoid unstable soils.
New alignment adds extra length and depth to sewer.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 902 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 902 adding $43,648.90 is approved
and the original contract price of $336,612.00 is revised to $380,260.90.
