Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-329
AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON
FERNBROOK LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 6 TO COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, in order to facilitate the safe movement of traffic it is desirous to
have No Parking signs installed on Fernbrook Lane from County Road 6 to County
Road 9;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the city engineer is authorized to pest No Parking sions on both
sides of Fernbrook Lane between County Road 6 and County Road 9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor tiereols Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Mails
and Schneider
