Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,—Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
mom— itsion:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 324
ORDERING PROJECT 925
CRITERION M.P.U.D_ IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 5, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of the Criterion M.P.U.D. by construction of sanitary sewer,
watermain, street, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on July 9, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer improvement as proposed in the report has previously
been ordered by the City Council; and
. WHEREAS, the developer has petitioned the City for the installation of the remainder
of the improvement as contained in the report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That such improvements that are within the Criterion M.P.U.D. and
the necessary storm sewer to provide an outlet south of the Criterion
M.P.U.D. are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted July 9, 1979 and as contained in the preliminary engineering
report received the same date.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. are hereby designated
as engineer for the improvement. They shall vrepare plans and specifi-
cations for making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken they on e
following voted n favor thereof:Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoy, iVettils .
and Schneider
The follow ng voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
