HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-320CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the loth day of Ma, 19 80 . The following members were present: Councilmembers py-t, ei s an Schneider The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport cogn;ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-320 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "AMHURST SECOND ADDITION" FOR BAN CON, INC. (79046) RPUD 79-2 WHEREAS, the City Council on March 17, 1980 approved Resolution No. 80-179 setting conditions to be met prior to filing of a plat approved under Resolution No. 80-178; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the revised final plat and revised develop- ment contract for Amhurst Second Addition as requested by Ban Con, Inc.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met prior to recording of said plat with Hennepin County: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memoranda for this project noting that Item #4 of the February 21, 1980 memo has been completed. 2. Street naming to be in accordance with adopted Street Naming Policy. 3. Homeowners Association documents to be reviewed by the City Attorney shall include reference to Outlot H as containing private open space and ponding area of the quadriminium development. 4. Compliance with applicable sections of Section 9, Subdivision 2 of the zoning ordinance relative to final platting documents for planned unit developments. FURTHER, that Resolution No. 80-179 is hereby rescinded. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmemberMyyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favorthereof: Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider TAe following voted against orabstained: • Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
