The following members were present: ounc me ers oyt,-Reils and Schneider The following members were absent: ryor unT, Counci�Imember Davenport �ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-319 APPROVING REVISED FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "AMHURST SECOND ADDITION" FOR BAN CON, INC. (79046) RPUD 79-2 WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 80-178 approved a final plat for Amhurst Second Addition consisting of 62 single family lots, 20 quadriminium units, and 8 outlots, generally located north of Turtle Lake and east of Vicksburg Lane, and a development contract therefore; and, WHEREAS, the City Council at its March 17, 1980 meeting directed certain amendments to the development contract; and, WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted a revised final plat for 62 single family lots, 20 quadriminium units, and 10 outlots; and, WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a revised development contract covering the improvements relating to said revised plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Ban Con, Inc. for revised final plat approval of Amhurst Second Addition, a plat for 62 single family lots, 20 quadriminium units, and 10 outlots generally located north of Turtle Lake and east of Vicksburg Lane; FURTHER, that the revised development contract for said revised plat be approved and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the revised development contract on behalf of the City; FURTHER, that Resolution No. 80-178 is hereby rescinded. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by uneilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon the following vo n favorthereof: uncilmembers Hoyt.
