Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was held on t e
19th day of May , 19 80 . The following members were
present: m4yor Hupt Q ibers oyt. Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Counc,lmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 317
ORDERING SEGMENT 2 OF VICKSBURG LANE IMPROVEMENT
FROM COUNTY ROAD 6 TO NORTH LINE OF MINNEAPOLIS WORKHOUSE PROPERTY
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 002
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 7th day of January, 1980 fixing
a date for a public hearing with respect to street and utility improve-
ments on Vicksburg Lane from Highway 55 to County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain,
storm sewer, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, medians
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held
thereon on the 4th day of February, 1980 at which time all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Segment 2 of such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council Resolution adopted January 7, 1980 and as contained
in the preliminary engineering report received the same date.
Coun ilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
