the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
5th day of May , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Councilmember DavenNort, oyt,'eils and Schneider

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
movedt—i s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-315
AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS BROCHURE
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Human Rights Commission has requested authorization
to prepare a brochure outlining the goals and activities of the Commission
for distribution to the residents and businesses in the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that funds not to exceed $500 be authorized for the
preparation of a brochure outlining the goals and activities of the
Plymouth Human Rights Commission.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Schneider
