Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was e aon the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-314
RECEIVING REPORT FOR AMHURST ADDITION, PHASE II
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 014
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 80-12 adopted January 7, 1980, a preliminary
engineering report for the Amhurst Addition, Phase II utility and street improve-
ments has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on May 5, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the report is referred to the City Council Assessment
Committee for a recommendation on the amount of sanitary sewer trunk funding.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the developer provide the city in writing his proposed
time schedule for the final plat for Amhurst 3rd Addition.
