RESOLUTION NO. 80- 312
APPROVING PLAQUE HONORING
RETIREES FROM THE PLYMOUTH FIRE DEPARTMENT
FOR FIRE STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the citizens of Plymouth are well served by the untiring efforts of
citizen volunteer fire fighters; and
WHEREAS, as a means of commemorating and honoring those members of the Fire
Department who have faithfully served their community and its citizens for
20 years, it has been proposed that a suitable plaque be installed at Fire
Station No. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
40 that the City Manager be directed to obtain a suitable plaque to be installed
in Fire Station No. 2, which plaque shall contain the names of all fire
fighters who retire with 20 years service to the Plymouth Fire Department; and
BE IT FURTHER RE`.OLVED, that the plaque appropriately display the retirees
name, last rank and dates of service with the Fire Department.
