Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r�egula?' meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesot— a was held -6n the
5th day of May , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmem ers avenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-302
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING ORDINANCE FOR
"SCHIEBE'S BUSINESS PARK" (A-786)
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning property in the
southeast quadrant of State Highway 55 and Forestview Lane from R4 to B-1
as requested by Loren Schiebe;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct that prior to
publication of said ordinance, the final plat for "Schiebets Business Park"
shall be filed with Hennepin County,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : ,yor Hunt, Counc"-nebers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an
