the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of Mai , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmem-bers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Retolution and
moved its 2doption:
RESOLUTION NO, 30-300
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "SCHIEBE'S BUSINESS PARK
FOR LOREN SCHIEBE (A-786)
WHEREAS, Loren Schiebe has requested approval of the final plat for OSchiebe's
Business Park", a plat for six (6) commercial lots in the Southeast quadrant
of State Highway 55 and Forestview Lane, and a development contract therefore;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Loren Schiebe
for final plat approval of "Schiebe's,-Business Park" a plat for six (6) commerc-
ial lots;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and the City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
