Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of May 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,
The following members were absent: one
,ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
movedits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-297
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR SANDRA O'HARA AT 3131 FERNBROOK
LANE (79050)
WHEREAS, Sandra O'Hara has requested approval of a conditional use permit renewal
for a diet center in the Fox Meadows Office Building #1 at 3131 Fernbrook Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Sandra O'Hara for
conditional use permit renewal for a diet center in the Fox Meadows Office Building
#1 at 3131 Fernbrook Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the applicant as operator and is non -transferable.
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. Use of the premises as proposed shall be reviewed by the Building Official and
by the Fire Marshall whose reports shall become part of this permit.
4. All parking related to the use shall be on-site in designated parking spaces.
5. Any expansion of the proposed use in terms of physical facilities used shall
be approved by the City.
6. All classes shall be conducted after 6:00 P.M.
7. The conditional use permit shall be subject to renewal after une year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedn favor thereof: —'Mayor Hunt, Councilwembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
