Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,iNinnesota was held on the
rth day of May 1980 . The following members were

��njIme�er Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moven its aotion:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-296
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CRAIG BRUNS FOR A HOME OCCUPATION AT 12835 -
30TH AVENUE NORTH (80020)
WHEREAS, Craig Bruns has requested approval of a conditional use permit for a
home occupation pertaining to a janitorial service located at 12835 - 30th
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Craig Bruns for
a conditional use permit for a home occupation pertaining to a janitorial service
located at 12835 - 30th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. No alteration of the premises for the accomodation of the proposed home
occupation.
2. No signs permitted relative to advertising or identifying the business.
3. No additional lighting installed related to the home occupation.
4. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure or within
approved screening.
6. No outside storage of materials or equipment.
7. The conditional use permit shall be subject to a 6 months review after issuince,
and renewal after one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
