Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helT on the

RESOLUTION NO. 80-295
DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JUDY HASSEL FOR A RETAIL WESTERN WEAR
SALES OPERATION AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF MEDINA ROAD AND
RANCHVIEW LANE (80018)
WHEREAS, Judy Hassel has requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow
a retail western wear sales operation in the Hicks Concrete building to be located
at the southwest corner of the intersection of Medina Road and Ranchview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Judy Hassel for a
retail western wear sales operation to be located in the Hicks Concrete building
at the southwest corner of the intersection of Medina Road and Ranchview Lane for
the reason that the use is not consistent with the ordinance criteria for the I-1
District.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun is lmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
