Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helT on the
28th day of April 1980 . The following members were
present: Myor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The follow members were absent: Counc me er Hoyt
Cn1jncilWemhCr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80-292
APPROVING RECOMMENDED METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE AREA (MUSA) BOUNDARY LINE
REVISIONS
WHEREAS, the generalized Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) boundary line
adopted by the Metropolitan Council requires specific delineation in conjunction
with preparation of the comprehensive plan under the Metropolitan Land Planning
Act; and,
WHEREAS, the City consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
examined the sewer service area from an engineering standpoint and recommended
redefinition of the MUSA boundary line; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the MUSA boundary line recommended by
the consulting engineer and endorsed the recommended MUSA boundary line revisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MUSA boundary line amendments
presented in the MUSA Line Revisions section of the Comprehensive Sewer Policy Plan,
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, dated April 22, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
